HT-SY80-EX Explosion-Proof Gas Analysis System Summary:
Explosion-proof gas analysis system is made of pretreatment, sampling and analysis. The pretreatment part adopts neutralization, dilution or adsorption to remove or dilute the media which may affect the sensor in the sample gas to the allowable concentration, so as to ensure the service life and measurement accuracy of the analysis part.
Our products are already widely applied in chemical industry, oil refining, building materials, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, food and national defense and other industrial fields, such as on-line monitoring of thermal power, centrifuge, reaction kettle, tank, pipeline, etc.
Note: We could design and manufacture all kinds of pretreatment system according to users’ requirement and specific working conditions to use with matching analyzer.
a. The segment code display mode is clear and intuitive, and the operation of the instrument is easy and convenient;
b. The original imported fuel cell sensor has a high measurement accuracy, rapid response speed, long calibration cycle and strong anti-interference capability, etc
c. The menu lock function could prevent mis-operation, which may change instrument parameters and affect its performance；
d. In explosion-proof occasions, the menu can be set by isolated-type magnetic pen, which is convenient for on-site operation;
e. Automatic temperature compensation could eliminate the impact of environment temperature changes on the measured value;
f. The instrument allows multi-point fractional liner calibration, meeting the need for an accurate measurement of oxygen content among the full range.
